The Event Set offers to prospective clients 30 minutes of free consultation time. For every hour after the first 30 minutes free, The Event Set bills $75.00 per hour. The 30 minutes free consultation does not include visitations to exclusive venues or other event properties; it is only valid with in-office visits.

If after the initial planning consults the client decides to retain The Event Set for their event needs, the billed consultation fees will be credited towards any products and services that will be contracted through The Event Set.

This is to compensate the event loft for its efforts with assisting a client prior to signing. This policy is in effect to also protect concepts, designs, and topics of discussions that are all intellectual property of tThe Event Set's planning firm.

The Event Set books only 1 event per day, and it is on a first come first serve basis - regardless of a client's budget.
